Initial Setup
Once you have a date range and idea for your tournament or outing we will arrange a meeting to discuss all of the details and options available to you.

Receive a Custom Proposal
Once we have spent some time discussing your perfect outing TEE will prepare a tailored event plan outlining all of the aspects of your outing.

Tailored Registration Page
The next step will be for TEE to create your custom landing page for your event. We can also provide additional services such as creating email marketing materials, flyers, etc.

Detailed Plan and Schedule
The final step in the process is for TEE to create a comprehensive instructional guide for you and your team which will guide you through every nuance of your event so everything goes off without a hitch.
